Martin founded Al Tiro Business Group to bridge the gap between confusing business requirements and the entrepreneurs who are just trying to do things the right way. With 5+ years of hands‑on experience in tax preparation, bookkeeping, business formation, and compliance — plus a deep understanding of the challenges bilingual entrepreneurs face — he built Al Tiro to be the resource he wished existed.
He holds an active PTIN, multiple QuickBooks certifications, and is currently working toward becoming an Enrolled Agent. For the past five years, he’s helped entrepreneurs stay compliant, organized, and confident as they grow.
