- Services Provided
Al Tiro Business Group provides tax preparation, bookkeeping, business formation, compliance support, document translation, administrative support, and business advisory services. The specific scope, fees, and deliverables for any engagement will be defined in a separate Service Agreement or engagement letter signed by both parties.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
- Client Responsibilities
In order for us to provide accurate and timely services, you agree to:
- Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information and documentation as requested
- Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
- Review and approve all work product before submission to any government agency or third party
- Notify us promptly of any changes to your business or personal situation that may affect your services
- Maintain your own copies of all documents and records provided to or prepared by us
- Fees and Payment
Fees for services will be established in your Service Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Payment is due upon completion of services or as specified in the Service Agreement
- We reserve the right to withhold delivery of completed work until payment is received
- All fees are non-refundable once services have been performed, except as required by applicable law
- Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law
We accept payment via cash, check, bank transfer, or other methods as specified at the time of engagement.
- Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your personal, financial, or business information to any third party except as described in our Privacy Policy, as required by law or regulation, or as authorized by you in writing.
This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of our service relationship.
- Accuracy of Information and Limitation of Liability
Al Tiro Business Group relies on the accuracy of information provided by clients. We are not responsible for errors, penalties, interest, or other consequences resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or untimely information provided by the client.
Our liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. We are not a licensed CPA firm. Our services are advisory and administrative in nature.
- Tax Disclaimer
Tax laws and regulations change frequently. While we stay current with applicable tax law, we make no warranty that any tax filing, strategy, or advice will result in a specific outcome. Tax positions taken on returns are subject to review by taxing authorities, and the client is ultimately responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any tax return they authorize for submission.
- Intellectual Property
All content on altirobusiness.group — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Al Tiro Business Group and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written permission.
- Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use our website to transmit harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
